Trevor Pond leads RWES and Mission Critical Manufacturing with a hands-on, results-focused approach built on experience across sales, operations, and manufacturing. He has helped scale and strengthen companies from 20 to 250 employees, supporting organizations with revenues from $3M to $600M+.
At RWES, Trevor focuses on practical solutions that keep crews safe, projects moving, and customers supported from start to finish. He believes great results come from strong teams, clear communication, and a culture built on accountability and respect.
Outside of work, Trevor gives back through youth sports and mentorship — because leadership starts with people.

Ben brings an adaptable, solutions-first mindset to every project. With experience across multiple industries, he thrives on tackling challenges others might shy away from — finding creative, practical ways to make things work, even when there’s no obvious playbook.
At RWES, Ben focuses on understanding each customer’s unique needs and delivering smart, outside-the-box enclosure solutions that keep projects moving safely and efficiently. For him, “we haven’t done it before” just means there’s an opportunity to build something better.
Outside of work, Ben is deeply involved in his community, coaching football and volunteering his time to mentor youth. He’s passionate about helping the next generation build confidence, discipline, and resilience — lessons that last far beyond the field.
